The opportunity
1. Manage all trainers and facilities to ensure successful attainment of Stirling Institute of Australia business strategies relating to Training Services including supporting with the recruitment and onboarding of trainers, their development and that they meet KPI's and up to date with information from the government/regulators
2. Maintaining Trainer files, maintaining facilities and equipment for the delivery of training, delivery schedules, student management and providing operational support related to training programs
3. Meet with employers and schools to ensure training plans are negotiated and signed within required timeframes
4. Lead the student support and progression team
5. Management of course quality processes and outcomes
6. Managing all student activity - commencement, engagement, progression and completion.
7. Liaise with students on feedback, concerns, and strategies in enhancing the student journey

9. Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks within a high pressured and dynamic environment
10. Confident communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
11. Solutions focused and ability to solve issues as they arise
12. Competent knowledge of ASQA/SNR compliance and regulations
13. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent0
14. Experience in working for an RTO and managing trainer and assessor staff and managing a diverse cohort of students engaged in online and face to face courses preferred
15. Hold drivers' licence and ability to obtain a working with children check
