Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for an HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development of HR policies and procedures.
The HR Manager will also manage employee benefits and compensation, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with OrionCare's values and mission.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and performance management Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and legal compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution Ability to manage employee benefits and compensation Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Experience in the healthcare or disability services industry is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Community Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
