Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day delivery and performance of recruitment projects, tailored to meet and exceed client expectations.
* Leverage extensive experience to build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective candidate sourcing and engagement.
* Utilize knowledge of recruitment processes and project management skills to consult with hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, market insights, and decision-making.
* Lead by example in negotiations and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into client organizations.
* Mentor and empower junior recruiters by sharing expertise and insights gained from managing large-scale recruitment drives and specialized projects.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience, with a background in both agency and in-house settings.
* Expertise in managing recruitment for diverse industries, with a strong ability to adapt and respond to varying market needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Proficiency with advanced recruitment systems and tools, with proven experience managing system transitions and optimizations.
* A strong mentor and leader with over 2 years of experience guiding recruitment teams, dedicated to nurturing team growth and driving business success.
