This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to contribute their NetOps & Vulnerability Management experience for a multi-award-winning Cloud leader also recognized as 1 of the Top Fortune 100 companies to work for Role: Senior Network Engineer What your exciting days will look like: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Engineer playing a critical role in maintaining the Network Operations as well as ensuring the security and reliability of our global network infrastructure, getting involved in the identification, assessment, and remediation of network vulnerabilities, collaborating with security teams to prioritize and address critical issues. Key duties: Spearhead vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation. Analyze vulnerability scans and prioritize remediation efforts. Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability response. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. Participate in security audits and compliance assessments. Investigate and respond to security incidents. Plan and execute network device upgrades to address vulnerabilities. Partner with global teams on network security initiatives. Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Automate tasks using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform). Skills needed to be successful in this role: Must be a strong ' All-rounder' with up to 6 years of experience in ISP/data center networks. Solid foundation in routing, switching, security, and load balancing. In-depth knowledge of network protocols ( BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, HSRP/VRRP, IPSEC, SNMP). Up to 2 years of experience with cloud computing technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) Some hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Qualys) and penetration testing frameworks would be highly preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Nice to haves: Knowledgeable with Cisco, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto, NGINX or Fortinet devices (Nice to haves) Some scripting and automation skills would also be beneficial Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
