The exciting opportunity:
* Monday – Friday role, predominantly based in the head office on the Sunshine Coast
* Lead, mentor and engage a team of Case Managers creating a collaborative environment
* Monitor and address client feedback to ensure the delivery of superb customer service
* Conduct audits and contribute to continuous improvement plans to ensure the service operates in line with aged care legislation requirements
* Manage a small case load; conduct assessments, create and review care plans, oversee service delivery and monitor and report on client budgets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster strategic and operational partnerships

About you:
* Must have experience in a leadership role in home care or residential aged care and an understanding of the aged care legislation
* Confident and engaging manager with a proven track record creating a collaborative and outcomes focused team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Optimistic, adaptable, resilient, calm and with a caring nature
