A leading-edge provider of superior and flexible cooling, heating, extraction, and filtration solutions, Fanquip advises, designs, and manufactures the complete range of fans and fan systems for industrial and manufacturing applications.About the Role:The development of an experienced Industrial Sales team is essential to the growth and evolution of our business, and our ability to look after our employees and close associates.Based in our Singleton head office, our Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for providing day-to-day sales customer service support by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business with existing customers, using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.Responsibilities:Responding to incoming calls, email enquiries, and Live chat with precision and responsivenessMaintaining detailed records of correspondence and updating the database with client and product informationProcessing personal accounts, filing documents, and compiling reports on customer satisfactionPresenting new products and services and enhancing existing relationshipsFollowing up the full sales cycle from inquiries to stock delivery and after-sales serviceManaging ETA's, returns, warranty claims, and general order queriesWorking closely with other teams to find solutions and optimize processesEnsuring complaints or complications are resolved quickly and expertlyRequirements:Experience in a practical sales or account management role, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to a diverse portfolio of clientsPrevious experience or knowledge of industrial and mechanical products considered highly advantageous but not essentialA confident phone presence, responsive to customer enquiries and proactive in prioritizing follow-upProficient with corporate productivity, internal reporting processes, and web presentation toolsHighly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCan take direction, act on constructive feedback, and remain resilient to change within a dynamic sales environmentDriven to succeed, act independently, and make good business decisions that positively impact established targets, deadlines, and KPI'sCulture and Benefits:Fanquip is an organization with strong company values, and a business that cares about its employees' personal and professional development.
