Based at ourYatala Corporate Office, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in leveraging data to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Reporting to the Head of Marketing AU & NZ, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, continuously refining and optimising it to drive meaningful insights and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives are backed by robust data analysis and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will support the Marketing department in executing the annual marketing, content, and supplier marketing plans.Here's What You Would DoManage the internal CRM (FreshCRM), acting as an expert and ambassador.Analyse and manage large, complex customer data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that drive CRM strategies.Spearhead and optimise CRM campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and automation to optimise customer engagement and loyalty.Work with detailed customer profiles, RFM segmentation, and journey maps to tailor strategies to evolving customer needs and behaviours.Continuously refine CRM campaigns using data-driven insights, ensuring maximum ROI and customer retention.Collaborate with marketing, product, commercial, and technology teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives and enhance efficiency and data accuracy.Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the CRM strategy remains innovative and competitive.Maintain best-practice standards reflecting our products, services, and brand attributes.Assist in delivering the annual marketing, content, and supplier marketing plans.Liaise with suppliers, external agencies, and internal and external stakeholders as required.Provide general marketing support to the marketing team, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.Your Skills & Experience4+ years of proven experience in CRM management with a strong data-driven approach.Advanced skills in working with complex data sets, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and marketing automation tools.Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and predictive modelling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.Experience working with high SKU counts and content management systems (desirable).Experience with Content Management Systems (desirable).Knowledge of the hospitality industry and company product lines is a big plus.The Benefits of working for Reward Hospitality include:Hybrid work options.
