The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in providing high quality program and project support at executive level in challenging, yet enterprising environments driving for high performance results.
In this role you will be a backstop, and confidant, in providing executive support to the General Manager on priority projects, issues management, and wider
communications in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment.
More specifically, you will:
Undertake specific short projects, analysis and research on hot and immediate issues of a diverse nature working closely with teams.
Support the General Manager with internal and external communications as well as preparing for briefings.
Support the development, roll-out and tracking of the Division's business plan with a focus on engagement and achievement of milestones and KPIs
Provide the General Manager with frontline insights and temperature checks on people and mood across the division, and lead activities that address and improve team engagement, health and welfare.
Effectively administrate weekly meetings, including the coordination of attendees, guests, distribution of agendas, follow-up actions, reports and submissions.
Maintain strong networks with Tourism business units and Office of the Deputy Director-General.
