Team Global Express, a leader in the Australian transport and logistics industry, are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as an on-site representative at our esteemed client, Coles, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. About the role
* This is a full time, permanent role based in Brighton
* Hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday with availability to do overtime required
* General admin duties
* Forklift duties
* Oversee the selection of appropriate equipment and load allocation
* Ensure that all vehicles are promptly loaded, unloaded and dispatched
* Work/plan the weekend/Public Holiday roster
* Plan drivers’ roster, create run sheets for drivers
* Raise CSR for all damages and shortages
* Overtime available, must be able to work outside normal business hours as required

What you'll bring
* You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
* 3-5 years transport and warehousing experience- preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and time management.
* Computer literacy/knowledge of MS Office computer applications.
* Excellent team player.
* You will be able to work as part of a team
* You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
* You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
* You will have a high attention towards Safety
