Trainee Medical Officer Unit
Salary: $57,842 - $62,221 p.a. (pro rata) ASO2 | Full Time, Until December 2025

As a member of the Trainee Medical Officer Unit, the TMO HR Assistant will demonstrate a flexible and co-operative approach to assisting and supporting other team members in providing high-quality customer service. The role provides a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the advancement of medical education and shaping the learning experiences of a diverse group of medical professionals.
About the Role:
As the HR Assistant for the Trainee Medical Officer Unit, your duties may include:
1. Providing a high level of customer support through a resourceful reception service.
2. Maintenance and data entry of the Complete Human Resource Information System 21 (CHRIS).
3. Providing administrative support to the Manager and TMO HR Case Coordinators by contributing to the efficient operations of the human resources processes within the TMO Unit.
4. Supporting the HR Advisor with salary determinations, preparation of contracts, and providing human resource advice, including routine advice regarding Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, Salary Sacrifice arrangements, visa and AHPRA medical registration requirements for Trainee Medical Officers (TMOs).
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. Proven experience in advanced computing skills, including email, word processing & spreadsheets.
2. Experience of HR admin systems and processes.
3. Ability to work as a member of a team and contribute to a spirit of team co-operation and support.
4. Experience of working with, and providing support to, a diverse team of professionals within a busy work environment.
