About the opportunity...
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead our Account Management teams, focusing on revenue growth and customer relationship nurturing. You'll play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a market-leading account management strategy.
2. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data-driven insights.
3. Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts.
4. Champion a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional value.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Account Management team.
6. Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales metrics to exceed targets.
Desired Skills and Experience
7. Proven leadership experience (8+ years) in Account Management/Customer Success.
8. Success in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or HR industries.
9. Strong history of closing large, complex sales and over-delivering revenue targets.
10. Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and customer success strategies.
11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
