Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Administrator to work for our group. You are expected to provide IT service to companies within the group.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily user demand docking and evaluation of ERP, WMS, MES, WEB Site, Office365, Email and other systems (with support from third-party suppliers), coordinating with suppliers to achieve problem resolution.
2. Participate in project implementation, liaise with headquarters IT personnel, assist in completing related system installation, debugging, testing, training, and change tasks.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting and daily maintenance management of network and office equipment (AD servers, firewalls, switches, video surveillance, printers, computers).
Required Qualification and Experience:
1. College degree or above in computer related fields, with at least 3 years of IT system maintenance experience. ERP related experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with the operating environment and configuration management of Windows, Linux related systems and hardware.
3. Familiar with the maintenance of office networks (DHCP, DNS) and firewall configuration, as well as the ability to independently analyze and handle network failures.
4. Good team communication and language expression.
5. Mandarin speaking will be a plus but not compulsory.
