Pharmacy Retail Manager
Noble Park is a thriving pharmacy where patient care and community support are at the heart of what we do. Our dedicated team of three pharmacists and ten support staff pride themselves on providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming environment for our customers. We are committed to continuous improvement and are looking for a dynamic Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily retail operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and pharmacy policies.
* Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
* Collaborate with pharmacists to support patient care initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
* We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, and while pharmacy experience is advantageous, it is not required.
* Ideal candidates will possess:
o Strong leadership and team management skills in a retail environment.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
