Classic Recruitment is a small, but well-respected Recruitment and HR consulting firm, that has been servicing the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region for over 15 years. We are now on the lookout for our next Consultant.
Ideally you will be looking for a full-time role, however there is some flexibility around the hours.
This is a varied position, with key duties including:
Both blue and white-collar recruitment - temporary and permanent roles.Providing timely and accurate HR Consulting advice to clients.Build your client base by attending networking events and getting to know the leaders within the Toowoomba Business Community.Assist with Payroll and Invoicing of our labour hire staff.Conduct site visits to ensure you place the right candidate in the role.Administration duties - as we are a small team we all chip in and help each other out - no job is too small, no matter your role.To be successful in this role you should have:
Previous HR experience is ideal, or alternatively a background in recruitment.Previous payroll experience would be beneficial.An understanding of Modern Awards and other employment related legislation.A great personality and be able to work closely with business owners to assist them with their HR and Recruitment needs.Strong attention to detail.At Classic we offer a competitive salary package (including incentives on top of your base pay), plus great work-life-balance and flexibility.
