Your New Role
In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated team within the commercial lending space. You will be instrumental in strategic projects that enhance user experience, drive ongoing improvements, and address risk management. Your collaboration with the Product Owner and team will be key in delivering impactful changes and technical enhancements.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in building APIs, microservices, backend systems, and enhancing business processes.
* Development Skills: Passionate about developing high-quality software and contributing to technical advancements through comprehensive design and implementation.
* Agile Experience: Well-versed in the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud pipelines.
* High-Quality Coding: Skilled in advanced coding practices, ensuring top-quality outcomes that meet business goals and reduce risks.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent at working with stakeholders to understand needs and contribute to design solutions.
* Mentorship: Effective communicator with the ability to mentor junior engineers and positively influence various groups.
* Industry Knowledge: Beneficial experience in the banking sector and a knack for solving complex technical challenges.
* Cloud Expertise: Strong background in Cloud-native development, particularly in AWS, with knowledge of AI, machine learning, and security engineering principles.
Tech Skills
* Microsoft .Net Technologies: C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, MVC, Web API, Kafka
* Front End Technologies: ReactJs, NextJs
* Microservices and RESTful API Design Patterns
* Databases: Oracle, Aurora
* DevOps and CI/CD: TeamCity, GitHub Copilot, Octopus
* Monitoring and Observability Tools: Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch
* AI & Machine Learning Knowledge (desired)
* Security Engineering Principles
* Cloud-native Development: AWS (preferred)
* AWS Cloud Certification
* Understanding of DevSecOps and SRE Practices
