IT Change Manager Opportunity

Are you skilled in leading change within complex IT environments? Join a dynamic team to manage IT modernization efforts, supporting the Australian Electoral Commission’s transformative programs. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver change initiatives aligned with the agency’s mission, ensuring that the human side of change is at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change management for IT modernization projects, aligning with the ECMO framework.
* Develop strategies to mitigate the impact of change on stakeholders.
* Craft clear, multi-channel communication materials for change initiatives.
* Report to transformation leadership on change effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
Key Selection Criteria
* Proven experience managing IT change within Agile environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate technical requirements into business processes.
* Familiarity with the Prosci change management methodology.
