Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, the Commercial Sales Consultant’s purpose is to provide the highest level of customer service to the commercial, architectural, and design community. This includes professionally presenting the Blum product offering, in accordance with agreed business plans.Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Plan and carry out regular call cycles to maintain, develop, and secure Blum’s product and brand/range awareness within the state’s aligned architect, commercial, and interior design community and associations.Generate and track the progress of product specifications from selection through to installation, whilst working in collaboration with Blum Area Managers.Build and maintain relationships with key industry bodies and customers while maintaining regular communication with industry associations through awareness of event evenings and presentation opportunities.Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits in a prompt and efficient manner. Document interaction as per Blum’s internal processes.Promote and represent Blum at trade events as necessary.About youWe want someone who sees long-term growth, is highly collaborative, and embodies our brand values.
