Renowned for our commitment to the delivery of person-centred care and best practice in relation to the provision of quality care, you will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and leadership.In this rewarding role, you will provide support and assistance to enable clients to maximise their independence in their own homes within the community, incorporating the wellness approach. Care and services are to be responsive, timely, and empowering, enabling the client to lead a continued safe and independent value-added life within their own home.This position requires the delivery of personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and social support to aged customers in their own homes. To be considered for this role, you must have a driver's licence and reliable vehicle and be willing to drive between Ongerup, Gnowangerup, and surrounding towns. Applicants with prior experience working in the community setting will be viewed favourably.The position is being offered on a permanent part-time basis with work available Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
