The Job:
Playing a vital role in supporting the organization as the operational leader, and providing guidance to ensure program regulations, performance outcomes and operations are managed appropriately and effectively, you’ll collaborate closely with the executive, leadership and teams. A critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational management of services, you’ll ensure continued delivery of exceptional care and support. Your leadership will be instrumental navigating this transformative phase, enhancing service offerings and leading the team towards new horizons of excellence and innovation. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the strategi direction, ensuring services align with the evolving needs of the community, implement innovative strategies that foster continuous improvement, financial stability and exceptional care delivery. You’ll also lead from the front and inspire your team of senior managers, driving a culture of empowerment, accountability and client-led service.

Skills Required:
With extensive leadership experience, having worked your way up to an executive role, our ideal incumbent will be degree qualified in Social Work, Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Human Services or a related field and hold post-graduate qualifications in one of the above areas. An additional qualification or significant practical experience in Business Management would also be advantageous. You’ll have a current National Police Certificate, current Victorian Driver Licence, and be a true strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills and have a long standing track record in managing teams.
