The Opportunity
The Monash Research Office has an exciting opportunity to join the Applications team as an Assistant Grants Officer!
The Assistant Grants Officer (Applications) provides a range of professional and high-quality pre-award administrative services to support the effective operation of the Applications Team within the Monash Research Office.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for following existing business processes to review draft funding applications for compliance and eligibility issues in addition to providing high levels of customer service in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy and procedure. Further, you will maintain service standards, including prompt issue resolution, data integrity and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field; or substantial relevant skills and work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
