Due to our WA division's growth, we are now on the hunt for an Admin/Scheduler to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This role will be based in our office in Rockhampton, QLD.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assist with scheduling for a mining labour team, ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
Monitor and manage emails, actioning urgent requests and escalating as needed.
Handle customer calls, directing queries to the appropriate team members and providing initial support.
Prepare and send labour quotes, ensuring accuracy before forwarding them to the customer.
Provide real-time admin support to the field service team and customer support team.
Track and update scheduling changes, assisting in rectifying daily schedule fallout to support KPI targets.
Ensure compliance with fatigue management policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
Previous experience in a similar role - scheduling/mobilization/mining admin.
Knowledge of the mining industry would be desirable.
A high level of initiative, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize workload, work with competing deadlines, take initiative, be flexible, and efficient.
