APS4/5 Procurement Support Officer and Procurement Officer, Canberra, SydneyAbout the rolesThe Procurement Support and Procurement Officers provide support of the procurement and management of ACIC contracts to meet the key organisational requirements. The occupants of these positions will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Purchasing teams, for the management of procurement processes and contracts for goods and services for the agency.Key responsibilities of the APS4 Procurement Support Officer:The occupant of this position will assist in the performance of the Procurement team’s functions through contributions to procurement policy, procedures and other guidance material, entry of procurement related information into SAP, completion of procurement processes, the provision of advice, assistance and training to ACIC employees and the management of the ACIC’s information on AusTender.Key responsibilities of the APS5 Procurement Officer:The ACIC Procurement Officer strives for procurement best practices to provide better support to stakeholders, increase capability and comply with Government legislations, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
