We are looking for someone who has been working in an office/call centre type of environment before, not just retail customer service. The role includes:- Dealing with patients, clinics and hospitals Creation and set up of new patients Chasing up etas Follow through with new patients Investigate customer complaints Review all back orders What you need:- SAP experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Some logistics experience is looked at favourably What's in it for you?
