This role focuses on supply chain management and ERP replacement, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption across the business.
Key Details: Location: Macquarie Park (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Industry: FMCG (Experience in FMCG is essential) Project: D365 ERP & Supply Chain Transformation Duration: 12-month daily rate contract with extension potential Rate: Competitive daily rate Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute change management strategies for the implementation of Microsoft D365, ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, identifying business readiness and potential risks.
Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to drive awareness and understanding of the transformation program.
Create and execute training programs, working closely with Learning & Development teams to equip employees with the necessary skills.
Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align change management strategies with project deliverables.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to drive engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and frontline employees to embed lasting change.
Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in Change Management, with a strong focus on IT-driven transformation programs.
FMCG industry experience is mandatory, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
Demonstrated success in leading ERP and digital transformation projects, ideally involving Microsoft D365.
Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Strong expertise in developing and executing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
Highly adaptable and solutions-driven, with a practical and hands-on approach to managing change.
Experience in an agile and fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
