This is apermanent, full time role based in ournewly refurbished Belmont State Office and flexible working times and 1-2 work from home days are available.
What you'll do: Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives and drive revenue growth.Work with Brand and Marketing Insights Analyst to conduct market research that will inform and support marketing activity in alignment with achievement of business goals.Team Leadership and Development:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to enhance team capabilities and morale.Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Experience.What you'll need:Creative Thinking: High level of creativity and innovation with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches to marketing challenges.
Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing best practice with the ability to leverage data and analytics to optimise campaign performance and customer experiences.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity for working effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Critical Thinking and Decision-making: Established analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse and understand complex information, business processes, and concepts, and make decisions based on sound judgments and relevant research.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing and developing high performing teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, PMP) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on complex stakeholder management and delivering commercial outcomes.
