Please note that due to the requirements of the role, you MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible. A current AGSVA security clearance is desirable, but NOT essential.
The Opportunity:
As a Scribe, your role is pivotal in facilitating a fair and transparent selection process. The key responsibilities include documenting and transcribing interview responses and assessment activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records, and formulating comparative reports on candidates for delegate approval. You may be required to provide administrative support, such as organising interviews and coordinating logistical aspects of the recruitment process.
To succeed in these positions, you will need:
Previous experience assisting recruitment selection committees for APS interviews.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition processes and understanding of APS recruitment frameworks or work-level standards.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing high-level briefs and selection reports for delegates.
