About you:

Work Experience: Experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years as a Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
You’ll be required to:
1. Enforce hygiene regulations, train cooks, kitchen hands, and other kitchen staff.
2. Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including ordering stock.
3. Design, prepare, and create amazing dishes for our customers.
4. Ensure kitchen and equipment comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
5. Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.
Qualification: For the position of “CHEF,” the applicant must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent and a Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent.
