The Opportunity: Due to customer growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Komatsu Forklifts division in our Tomago branch. This permanent full-time role will be servicing our clients in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region. Your primary function is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu Forklifts customer equipment. You'll see variety in your job day-today and get to meet and establish relationships with a wide variety of client sites. You'll also contribute to our professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts. As a Field Service Technician at Komatsu Forklifts, you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. We also provide a tool of trade vehicle, phone and laptop/tablet and uniforms/PPE for all our employees. Roster: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Pay: Base rate, plus tool of trade vehicle, plus super, plus plenty of available overtime. The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we're Looking For: Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Automotive Mechanic or Auto Electrician) Experience with servicing and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components is required.
