ABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on multiple fit-out and new build projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and safety requirements. Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, you will drive project success from inception to handover. DUTIES Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and procurement. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee site activities to ensure projects remain on track and to standard. Manage contracts, variations, and financial reporting. Ensure all work complies with WHS, building codes, and industry standards. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 years’ experience in fit-out and new build project management. Strong background in commercial, health, education, and retail sectors. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholder expectations. Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating multiple project teams. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
