This role is responsible for the seamless activation of precise pricing and ticketing for stores, in alignment with each promotion outlined in the seasonal event calendar.How you will spend your day:Provide internal stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information to meet department requirements.Update and configure pricing across all channels to meet business and regulatory requirements.Conduct routine checks to ensure pricing accuracy during change processes.Enter pricing for campaigns and promotional overlays aligned with the promotional calendar.Ensure stores are supported with clear, timely communication and promotional materials.Coordinate with external ticket producers to ensure the production and delivery are on time.Manage seasonal range books in collaboration with the Product Team and external printers.Produce and coordinate ad hoc tickets for special events.General administrative duties for department organisation.About You:Strong skills in administration with a can-do attitude.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of pricing and promotions.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across all areas of the business.Ability to meet critical timelines, organised, and strong time management skills.Able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and have the ability to prioritise tasks.Experienced using Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables.What To Expect at Adairs:Our people are everything to us, and we’re big believers in making our workplace fun and energising.
