About the role
We have an opportunity for a passionate Assistant Manager to join our supportive and friendly Bennet Springs team for a 12-month Maternity leave cover. Part of this role will be working as a Room Leader, supporting a team of educators in the daily operations of the room.
This role will support in the leadership of staff and act as the responsible person in the absence of the Centre Manager. You’ll also plan and implement programs, support in leading the team and help them to reach their goals.
About you
You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and supporting in leading a team while working closely with our experienced Centre Manager. Along with this you’ll also have:
* AQF Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Experience in developing and implementing programs
* Ability to lead a Room along with the wider team
* Ability to create developmentally appropriate learning environments and programs
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
