The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, an understanding of digital learning standards, and a collaborative approach to project management. You will work closely with the Digital Learning Manager and the Instructional Designer to ensure that all training programs meet our learning objectives, align with brand guidelines, and are delivered on time. Based in our office location in Norwood.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development: Design and develop high-quality, innovative digital learning materials with the Adobe Suite that enhance staff development and learning experiences.eLearning Tools & LMS Administration: Be proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, and other tools, while also managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload and track learning content.Standards & Accessibility: Demonstrate familiarity with digital learning standards as well as accessibility guidelines for digital content to ensure content is usable and accessible to all learners.Project Management: Manage eLearning projects with excellent project management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and working effectively with the Instructional Designer.Creative Development: Create visually compelling assets, including videos, infographics, animations, and other visual content to support e-learning initiatives.Template Creation: Design templates for learning content within the LMS to streamline content creation and ensure consistency in learning programs.Innovative Design: Suggest and implement innovative ways to visualise and approach learning materials, enhancing engagement and retention.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure that learning materials meet business objectives, learning goals, and brand guidelines.Audience-appropriate Visuals: Ensure that all visual assets are designed to facilitate learning and are tailored to the target audience for maximum impact.Quality Standards: Deliver training materials that meet high standards of quality, ensuring that training quality and services are rated 75% or higher.Completion Rates: Develop training products that achieve high levels of completion, ensuring learners successfully engage with the content.Innovative E-Learning Functions: Use e-learning functions such as interactions, UI/UX design, and other innovative features to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Timely Delivery: Lead or contribute to projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines, whether working independently or as part of a team.Additional duties: Perform other tasks as requested from time to time that contribute to the overall success of the Digital Content Team.Key skills and experienceExperience: Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LMS administration, eLearning standards, and accessibility requirements for digital content.Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and learner-centric digital content, including graphics, videos, and animations.Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to design challenges.Metrics-driven: A focus on ensuring high-quality training products with measurable success in completion rates and learner engagement.Desirable Qualifications:Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field.Experience with other eLearning tools or technologies.Understanding of corporate training and employee development.Experience working in a retail or similar industry.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and encourage and support diversity in our traditional and non-traditional roles.Only applications from candidates holding full working rights for employment in Australia will be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
