Key responsibilities include:Logging IT calls reported by users and ensuring timely resolution of employee requests.Creating and updating work instructions and knowledge base articles.Actioning and resolving IT incidents per service level agreements and priorities.Investigating root causes of incidents and providing fixes or workarounds.Providing regular updates to requestors on reported issues.Creating purchase requisitions for IT equipment and services.Assisting with IT/OT projects as required.About youThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, incident management, and service delivery within a fast-paced environment. They will possess a STEM degree or equivalent industry experience, along with ITIL certification to ensure efficient IT service management. With expertise in logging IT calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining knowledge base articles, they will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Organised and adept at prioritising tasks, they will effectively manage multiple requests while ensuring timely resolutions. A customer-focused approach is essential, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and clear communication.
