Your new role
In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping, deploying, and sustaining the technological infrastructure and tools that underpin our organisation. Your responsibilities will include delivering technical support and enhancements, executing projects, and guiding and mentoring junior members of our tech support team.
What you'll need to succeed
* Manage Active Directory for user and group management.
* Administer Office365 (Teams, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Compliance, Security, SharePoint, Intune for Education).
* Manage DNS, DHCP, File server, Print server, RADIUS, and Certificate Server on Windows Server.
* Use automation tools like ManageEngine Patch Manager and ADManager.
* Provide helpdesk support via ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
* Manage Windows Endpoint with Intune, including app management and customisation, and collaborate with Mac Admin for Apple devices.
* Use Malwarebytes and Crowdstrike for endpoint protection, implement network security policies, identify threats, develop defence strategies and upgrade security agents.
* Have in-depth knowledge of email security (DKIM, SPF, DMARC); knowledge of Barracuda Email Security Gateway is highly desirable.
* Have in-depth knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN, HP campus switch configuration & management, routing, firewall rules, and Wireless AP management.
* Maintain ESXI hosts and vCenter, deploy VMs, and raise support requests with vendors for VMware/NetApp.
* Manage DR, Backup, and restore as required for Cohesity DR/Backup (training provided).
* Have working knowledge of Avaya telephony system and collaborate with service providers.
