About the role The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales roleis a Full-time position, based at Orange, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse. In this role you will : Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse. Stock movements and the maintenance of stock. Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements. Unloading inbound orders of stock. Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required. Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to. Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping. Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets. Your hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm (some Saturday work – paid as overtime).
