We are seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer, who will be responsible for implementation and management of digital workplace solutions like Microsoft 365 and Teams to enhance productivity and collaboration. They provide user support, ensure security and compliance, and continuously improve digital tools to meet organizational needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field (highly desirable).
Experience working on a Service Desk within an organisation of similar size and complexity.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Working understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to liaise, consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build successful relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
Solution-focused and self-motivated to improve efficiencies and outcomes, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Previous experience working within Residential and Community Aged Care, Retirement Villages, and/or Disability Service industry (desirable).
Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
