* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Sales Process Optimization :
* Analyze and improve sales processes and workflows to maximize efficiency.

Market Research and Analysis :
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Sales Reporting and Analytics :
* Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team.
Sales Training and Development :
* Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Budget Management :
* Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and control expenses.
* Ensure cost-effective sales operations.
Sales and Marketing Alignment :

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
* Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position.
