About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Answering calls from our collectors in the field and addressing questions specific to test inquiries
2. Answering calls from patients, doctors, and medical centers
3. Booking home visits
4. Handling calls in a busy call center, with close to 400+ calls per day
5. Performing administrative work
6. Full training will be provided
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
7. Previous experience in a similar role
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
