On a day-to-day basis, this role will see you completing the following administration duties: Be the right-hand person to this busy team Assisting a team of sales agents with Auctions Process and prepare contracts & Form 6's Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties Advertising OFI times Database entry and management To be successful you will: Have previous administration experience in Real Estate with a large sales team Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Be immaculately presented Understanding of REX, Docu Sign & Real Works advantageous Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic The Agency: Collaborative team culture Competitive salary and benefits package!
