Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by identifying and onboarding partners, particularly Introducing Brokers (IBs), in the Forex industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about finance, sales, and partnerships, with the ability to build strong relationships and promote Vantage's trading solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners to expand Vantage's client base. Develop and execute strategies to attract new IBs and enhance engagement with existing partners. Provide IBs with necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their performance and client referrals. Promote Vantage's trading platform and services to partners and clients, driving deposits and trading volume. Educate partners on the advantages of Vantage's products, trading conditions, and promotions to increase conversion rates. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client behaviors to identify business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership programs and acquisition strategies. Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with industry regulations and internal compliance policies. Promote Vantage's services in a professional and ethical manner in line with legal frameworks. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs such as lead conversion, trading volume, and partner performance. Provide regular reports and insights to improve business strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience in Forex, financial services, or sales/business development is a strong plus. (Internships in these areas are also valued.) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
