Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in payroll processing.
* Assist in maintaining employee records.
* Assist accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
* Assist in managing hr compliance from recruitment to onboarding.
* Ensure system compliance within CRM.
* Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
Requirements:
* Previous experiences in HR or Payroll
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Ability to start immediately (or after fulfilling notice period)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
