Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the purpose of this position is the timely and accurate processing of administrative, clerical, and marketing duties. You will also support the Senior Management Team with general administrative tasks they may require. About you You will require the ability to provide reception and administrative responsibilities. As this is a head office-based role, other duties may be required from time to time, so an ability and willingness to learn and to assist throughout the business are extremely important. You will have a happy, outgoing personality, with an excellent customer service attitude, be well-presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your main duties for this role will include: Attend to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; Arrange travel and accommodation as required; Filing, photocopying, and general office duties; Marketing duties such as Company Facebook and Instagram post and creation of marketing material. To be considered for the position it is essential that you have: Demonstrated excellent organisation skills and attention to detail; Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to strict time frames; Proven ability to work well in a team environment; Demonstrated discretion, initiative, and maturity; Proficient in the Microsoft Suite; Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements and comply at all times with policy and protocol requirements; Able to work autonomously.
