What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines. Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive proactive talent strategies. Developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill roles. Coaching and advising managers on best-practice recruitment and candidate experience. Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes. Who We’re Looking For Down-to-earth, authentic, and consultative in their approach. Experienced in high-volume recruitment, ideally with exposure to both technical and blue-collar roles. A natural problem-solver who is agile and adaptable in a changing environment. Comfortable working without a formal ATS and can think outside the box to track and manage candidates. Willing to travel to regional sites when required. What’s In It for You?
