Key responsibilities include: Driving and supporting the origination of engineering service opportunities for clients. Developing and managing win strategies, negotiation plans, and leadership requirements throughout the sales process. Creating solutions for complex engineering and business challenges, leveraging in-depth knowledge of client needs. Orchestrate and lead the bid/sales process across the entire sales lifecycle, taking accountability for each step Engaging with clients through proposals, workshops, and commercial discussions, with a proactive, hands-on approach to shaping and closing deals Managing the internal sales process within Accenture, including bid management, navigating opportunities through Accenture’s CRM, securing approvals, and providing regular leadership updates. Support the Client Account/Service Group’s pipeline of work, through effective pipeline and account/ customer management Achieve sales targets, budgets and profitability metrics Demonstrate strong stewardship by supporting the next generation of sales capture leads HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales management or business development within the process and industrial automation industry, or a similar high-tech, solutions-based environment. Technical Skills: Proven experience selling solutions (rather than just products), with a strong understanding of control and automation systems technologies, including PLC, RTU, SCADA, Telemetry, MES, Networking, and IoT. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders in client and partner organizations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Well-established network within the local market. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
