As a member of the Design Services enabling team, you will collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our services are user-centric, efficient, and scalable.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Conduct analysis and research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
* Develop service blueprints, backbones, journey maps, and personas to visualize and communicate service design concepts.
* Collaborate with Product Management and technical staff to refine scope and backlogs and ensure alignment with service design artifacts.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to integrate service design principles into the development process.
* Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to ideate and prototype service solutions.
* Continuously iterate on service designs based on emerging requirements, user feedback, and data-driven insights.
* Ensure appropriate quality assurance of service design artifacts, including engaging with and contributing to the Design Reference Group.
