You are also required to have good computer knowledge and be resilient with strong time management skills.

2. Willingness to work across varying trades and ability to multitask to achieve operational goals
3. The successful candidate will be paid to undertake Primary Training for Certificate III in Correctional Practice

Essential Requirements
4. Current Certificate III in any of the following: Commercial Cookery or related trades.
5. Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
6. Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete within specified timeframes
7. Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive to locations as required
8. General understanding of capabilities around the use of computers and electronic platforms to access relevant departmental programmes and applications
