With exciting growth plans on the horizon, we're set to revolutionize the landscape.Emerge Office now boasts a team of over 20 professionals across multiple sites covering Bunbury, Peel, and Perth.Location:This role can be based out of our Bunbury or Mandurah Office, with the flexibility for potential transfers to our other locations.Position:This position has been created and is an additional headcount, due to business clients continually choosing Emerge Office as their preferred IT partner.We are looking for either a Support Technician to assist our clients or a hybrid role where you will oversee clients and their solutions. Please note that both of these positions are for experienced IT staff. We already employ trainee staff and will be looking to add more trainee staff at a later stage this year. Support Helpdesk - Level 2 or 3- Provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our valued small to medium business clients.- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose tailored solutions.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.- Contribute to the growth and success of our company by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and proposing innovative ideas Consultant (Hybrid Account Management & Support Helpdesk)- This role does include support Helpdesk and all the tasks listed above however you will be accountable for your clients account from both a service and financial side- This role allows you to access to our industry leading monthly bonus plan.- You will be tasked with quoting/implementing solutions/onboarding with clients - Contribute to the growth and success of our company by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and proposing innovative ideas.Requirements:- Proven IT support experience, preferably in a service-based or client-facing role.- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.- Relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.Benefits:- Salary package with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
