We at Chandler Macleod are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team to handle the preparation of banking settlements for loan, derivative, and intercompany funding transactions. Oversee the checking of transaction confirmations and ensuring the accurate timely actioning of loan and funding settlement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of all settlements, including interest on loans, bonds and interest rate swaps, to ensure correct payments to investors.
* Preparation of purchase requisitions in SAP, creation of PO’s for treasury related expenditure.
* Preparation and updating of shareholder reporting to keep stakeholders informed about the company's financial status, where required.
* Monitoring and first-level actioning of AGIG Treasury and AGIG Settlements Inboxes to quickly respond to customer queries and concerns.
* Updating Treasury Management System (GTreasury) with ratesets, transaction details, and confirming to Bank notices to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
* General Treasury Admin support, which includes maintaining counterparty records, to uphold data integrity for customer transactions.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, business administration or other relevant discipline role
* MS Excel - Advanced Level and MS Office – Intermediate Level
* Degree in Finance/Commerce
* Experience in Accounts payable and payments essential
* Familiarity with accounting software (ideally SAP)
* Experience with treasury settlement and reporting workflows and processes will be highly regarded
