TP Human Capital is seeking an organised and professional Business Administration to join a dynamic accounting firm.
This role is perfect for someone with office administration experience, ideally within the accounting industry, who thrives in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties, greet clients, and handle phone enquiries professionally.Assist with invoicing, receipting, and payment processing.Draft and send emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the team.Coordinate appointments and meetings for directors and accountants.Accurately update and manage client records and filing systems.Collate and prepare reports, tax documents, and compliance materials.Communicate with ATO, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies as required.
Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in a professional office (accounting firm experience preferred).Familiarity with XPM, FYI Docs, or similar practice management software (advantageous).Work Ethic: Reliable, can-do attitude, and adaptable to diverse client needs.Must have full working rights in Australia.
