We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Reception team.
The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for delivering polished and professional client and in-house reception services. The aim of the role is to create client service excellence in reception and concierge practices for our clients, employees, guests, community members and interview candidates, being at the heart of our reputation for exceptional guest services.
This role also offers the opportunity to be part of the travel team assisting with the firm’s travel program including collaborating openly and professionally with the Corrs travel team, travel management company, and hotel representatives to achieve the best outcome for travellers and the overall delivery.
We are looking for an individual who has a warm professional disposition and enjoys multi-tasking whilst having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously as well as in a team.

Key responsibilities
1. Perform front of house services to a high standard which reflects best practice including greeting clients and creating memorable experiences with a warm professional disposition.
2. Liaising with the catering, technology and legal support teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor runs smoothly.
3. Answering phone calls and managing the reception mailbox.
4. Travel support tasks including monitoring the travel inbox for collecting day-to-day travel, facilitating domestic point-to-point, long stays, group stays and international travel as needed.
Required skills and personal attributes
5. Previous corporate service experience is preferable.
6. Previous experience in travel management would be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.
7. Ability to bring warmth as well as strength to the role to ensure all interactions with reception are a positive experience.
8. Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
11. Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms such as Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
